An Infinite Jest SKILLS WEEK

Every day a new performance or creative arts skills specialist workshop....along with lots of acting, story telling, arts and crafts, song and dance, mindfulness....and the good stuff....confidence building, making new friends, having fun. 

The schedule for the week will be confirmed VERY SOON!! So far in the bag we have....

• Beat Boxing - with the fabulous Danny Ladwa. Danny runs the School of Beatbox. He's been with us before and we are so thrilled to have him back. 
• Body Popping
• Caligraphy - the art of handwriting. 
• Song writing - with Emily Pacey. Emily is a regular leader at our Leyton venue. A brilliant workshop leader and also a fantastic musician
• Mask - with Laura Mugridge 

11 - 15 August

An Infinite Jest ROAD RACE week!

Inspired by the amazing Hanna-Barbera '60s cartoon series, we'll be having the best Summer fun creating wacky characters, wacky vehicles, and cooking up wacky tricks to foil our wacky rivals! 

Along the way we'll be developing our skills in acting, story telling, improvisation, song and dance, and doing lots of arts and crafts, and mindfulness

And let's not forget the good stuff - building confidence, making new friends, and having ludicrous amounts of fun! 

Venue and timings

Cornerstone Church Hall and Sanctuary, 149 Canterbury Road, Leyton, E10 6EH

Standard hours: 9.30-3.30pm

Wrap around hours 8.30-9.30am; and 3.30-5.30pm

Age groups

We'll be running camps for two age groups: 

5-7 yrs old - Changelings

8-11 yrs old - Jesters

We'll use two different spaces (the Sanctuary, and the Hall) for the different groups for the majority of the day. 

If your children span both age groups you can still use the sibling discount, just book into one age group and let me know and I'll transfer one of them over to the other group. 

If they are inseparable, note that the spaces are very near each other and there will be times during the day when the different age groups work and play together.

Go onto our PEBBLE BOOKING PAGE and follow instructions. Please double check you're booking into the right venue and let me know asap if you haven't! We can quickly transfer you over to the right one! 

If your children span different age groups, you can still take advantage of the sibling discount; simply book into one age group, and I'll transfer one of them over.

Choose the venue - Choose age group - Choose block/single tickets - Add to Basket - (view Basket to double check) - Checkout (this is somewhat counter-intuitive, especially if you want to book wrap-around) - Add name of child - Next - Answer the questions - If you DON'T WANT to be on the email list click the bottom box - Next - the wrap-around page (Add-ons) - Next - Proceed to Payment where you can use vouchers/tax-free childcare via Poncho Pay.

You can book wrap-around after you have booked your ticket but not via Pebble; please email Henry direct.
